Can I cancel or change my order?
We do our best to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact [email protected] to check if changes or cancellation is possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
Please contact [email protected] for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
Can I return my purchase?
We very much hope you’ll love the item you purchased. If there’s any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact [email protected] for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.
Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.
My item looks different to the online listing
This is a very rare occurrance. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look. It’s possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to [email protected] for review, along with your order ID.
What are your t-shirts made of?
- 100% ring-spun cotton
- 4.5 oz/y² (153 g/m²)
- Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
- Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the center
- Please ensure you wash your shirts in accordance with the label instructions and turn them inside out for washing.
What are your delivery schedules?
Orders are fulfilled from our US, EU or Australian fulfilment centres depending on your delivery location and products selected.
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and number of items in your cart so please go through the shopping cart to confirm the cost for your order.
Your item will generally be shipped out within 1 – 2 weeks of your order being confirmed and we are not currently experiencing any undue delays.
An email with tracking link will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery in your country is handled by the local postal service and is in accordance with their delivery procedures.
Delivery is available to residential and business addresses as well as PO boxes.

Can you do other sizes and types of garments?
Yes – please contact us for any other sizes or garment types and we will be super-happy to help you out, we can do almost anything you can ask for – including long-sleeved, hoodies, tanks, larger sizes such as 4XL or 5XL etc.
What should I do if my address changes?
No reimbursements will be made in case of error in the delivery address or modification after the order has been shipped. Any errors in the delivery address must be notified before the order is shipped. Once an items is in transit the address cannot be updated and the item cannot be redirected, you will need to wait for it to be returned and re-shipped.
What happens with orders returned due to incorrect addresses or other delivery issues?
Items returned due to shipping address errors or other shipping issues can be re-shipped within 28 days and will require payment of a re-shipping fee. Returns not re-shipped within 28 days will be forfeited – no exceptions. This is a strict rule of our fulfilment partner.
Once I have received the product, can I change my mind?
No. All of our products are produced print-on-demand and no returns are possible. Please ensure you choose your design and sizes carefully. We can only process refunds or replacements in the case of damaged or faulty production.
What do I do if my printing is faulty or damaged?
We can generally arrange a replacement for faulty or damaged prints. Please ensure you contact us within 28 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the garment laid out on a table with the issue clearly visible. Issues reported later than 28 days cannot be replaced.
What do I do if my item is marked as delivered on the tracking but has not been received?
Local delivery is handled by your local postal service. Once the tracking has been marked as received by them we cannot be held liable for replacement if the item is missing. In this case please check with your local post office with the tracking reference number from your tracking email.
What do I do if an item is missing from my delivery?
Please carefully check your packing slip, and if there is an item missing please send us a photo of the slip and the item(s) that were received to [email protected] and we will investigate.
Where are your shirts manufactured?
The base t-shirts are manufactured in Haiti or Bangladesh (and not China) and are printed/fulfilled in the US and EU.
How will shipping take place if I order multiple articles?
If you order various different products, generally your items will ship together but on occasion your order may arrive in different packages as the fulfilment may occur from different locations depending on the product.
