Created by Chaxia Space Design For a client with a unique outlook on life and a keen passion for art, this 450 square meter boarding house exudes authenticity. Besides artistic pushes, the focus of this homey fixture is on bright light, nature-inspired objects, and easy communication. Classic and modern elements collide. The living spaces are open, airy and inspiring, evoking feelings of freedom and imagination. The décor of the foundation is largely drab and minimalist, only momentarily broken to tease the luxurious marble walls and intersections.
In this minimalist living room design, art is the colorful protagonist. A large piece of fresco is given prominence above a linear modular sofa, encouraging the eye to travel up and enjoy the soaring ceiling height and light-filled glass mezzanine.
