These are the BEST self care apps 2020 has to offer in my opinion. I love using all the tools I can get when it comes to self care as there’s no such thing as too much right? Lol. I’ve researched a lot of self care apps/mental health apps and these are hands down the best apps (& FREE APPS might I add) for self care & the ones I now can’t live without using in my self care routines! They cover all of our different needs..I say they’re mental health apps because i’m including apps for depression etc as well as general self care apps. Some of them are actually designed to help us take control of our mental health and others are for the “lighter” self care tasks. These are all self care apps for iphone, I haven’t checked whether or not they’re available on android but most usually are, or a close alternative. In any case, these are definitely the first apps you should download in 2020. They’re apps EVERY girl needs (& guy!) so join the self love club & make them a part of your daily life!
