Here are a few apps for self-care.
With everything that has been happening around the world, we all need a little extra help with self-care and mental health, so I’ve decided to make this quick video to help.
I mostly shared journalling apps since, in my case, they’ve helped me the most and I find it really satisfying to write my daily activities, hobbies, tasks, etc. (Plus you get to check your progress and see if you’ve been consistent with your activities)
