The completion of the implementation of the design project in early fall 2022, Bezmirno Architectural Studio He reinvented an area of 106 square meters in the Tetris Hall complex in Kyiv, Ukraine. The primary objective of the project was to develop an elegant interior with a relaxed atmosphere. This was achieved through the use of a warm, neutral color palette and a combination of natural materials. Only minor changes were made to the design of the house, which included the inclusion of a small and comfortable dressing room from the master bedroom. In all, the home includes two bedrooms, as well as two dressing rooms, a shower room, one bathroom, and an open plan living space with a spacious feel.

Upon entering this elegant Kyiv apartment, we are met by a cozy open plan living space with a warm and welcoming allure. The design is spacious and functional, with a dining table and kitchen area behind an L-shaped sofa.
The wooden sofa table overlaps the edge of the sofa. The elegant living room table lamp is a black attolo lamp.
Several small stacks of coffee table books provide elegant decoration on top of a white marble coffee table. One is open to showcase the inspiring design.
A marble coffee table forms a reflective core in the center of the seating area. Opposite the sofa is a tall, slim media console that highlights the TV and a wall-mounted storage unit. A lot of wardrobes and wall panels in the apartment were designed specifically for the project.
The modular sofa arrangement includes a side table in its composition, providing a handy place to put drinks close at hand. There is also space at the base of the table to arrange magazines and remote controls.
Scattered pillows in brown and matching brown add moments of rich contrast to the faded sofa upholstery.
In the dining area there is a long rectangular table that extends almost the entire length of the kitchen. A simple glass vase filled with roses creates a beautiful centerpiece for your dining table under the bright glow of a linear hanging light.
An elegant living room lounge chair adds a contrasting chocolate touch to a dull living room decor scheme. The chair’s rich upholstery complements the dark parquet flooring that juts out from the edges of the custom-made Belgian rug.
Two different types of flooring treatments are applied to create zoning. Large format ceramic floor tiles define a clear walkway from the main living space. The wooden ceiling treatment above the walkway provides additional spatial definition. The guest bathroom is accessed directly off the hallway.
Perforated wood panels hide radiators out of sight behind living room furniture. Elsewhere in the apartment there is underfloor heating. Air conditioning units are tucked away in the two bathrooms and dressing rooms.
Black track lights provide a flexible lighting solution across the living room ceiling and hallway. Decorative lights facilitate a more comfortable atmosphere to suit different scenarios.
The hallway is covered with wood wall panels for a totally soft aesthetic with a warm look. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway. Adjoining doors lead to the dressing rooms, bathrooms and the second bedroom.
The entrance to the house displays the same aesthetic of soft wood paneling. Porcelain tiles lay a heavy-duty floor.
Inside the master bedroom, a cozy gray décor scheme encourages rest and relaxation. Heavy gray curtains frame the window. Beside the gray upholstered bed, there is a round bedside table lit under a low pendant lamp.
Fitted cabinets spread a faded gray path across one entire wall.
Against the end of the bed, this floating desk design adds a visually warm wooden element to the gray room’s scheme. A slim black floor lamp provides task lighting above the home’s workspace, which also serves as a vanity table. TV installed above the desk area, in the main view of the bed.
The spacious walk-in closet/dressing room is equipped with clothes rails, clothes racks and floating chests of drawers on the sides. A reflective panel wall increases the sense of space and light inside the cabinet.
The second dressing room has a washing area. The washer and dryer are hidden behind closed doors. The upper shelves provide convenient storage space for detergents and fabric softener.
Inside the bathroom, corrugated wood panels create a continuous series of deep texture around the small space. A lighted bathroom mirror sits in a bank of mirrored wall cabinets.
LED strip lights send an atmospheric glow over the cabinet and illuminate task lighting on the vanity top.
The small bathtub fits perfectly in the compact bathroom space.
Inside the second bedroom, the black and wood bed unit contrasts darkly with the beige upholstered bed and headboard. This elegant bedside table lamp is the Flos Snoopy Lamp.
There is a dressing table by the window to take advantage of the natural light.
The round vanity chair is pulled into a sleek modern dressing table.
A small floor lamp provides a reading light above the cushions.
