Enriched with relaxing shades of sage green, golden brown, grey, yellow, and plum, these two designs delight a modern home. Each apartment measures less than 80 square meters with a welcoming open living space. Our first featured home design is a one bedroom apartment with an elegant and sophisticated aesthetic. The en suite bathroom and guests are decorated in a unique selection of patterns and colours. Our second home is a two-bedroom apartment that conveys a confident minimalist style. The raw concrete ceiling and exposed support beams give the interior a dash of industrial-style décor. Floor plans are included at the end of each round.
In the open-plan living space of our first home design, a sophisticated mix of contrasting pieces of furniture forms an inviting arrangement. A dark gray and blue sofa is balanced by a golden brown bathtub chair. A white marble coffee table draws a bright and luxurious heart.
Modern wall molding elegantly lines the room. A wise green border adds an elegant finish with interlocking colours.
One of the wall panels is actually a pivot door. It leads to the only bedroom in the apartment.
When the floor-to-ceiling door is closed, it is almost undetectable in the living room. Only a neat doorknob gives its place.
An attractive corridor leads to the entrance to the house. A modern wall sconce surrounds each side of the arch, giving it a more controlled presence.
The living room has a luxurious kitchen and dining area with a beautiful white marble island.
The dining table extends from the side of the marble kitchen island, mounted on a stainless steel support post. Upholstered dining chairs seat up to six people around the table.
The entrance to the house is furnished with a full-length mirror and a modern bench. The set provides an easy dressing area to put on shoes and coats before heading out the door. Clothes are stowed away inside a hidden wardrobe, the door of which is hidden within wall panels.
Inside the bedroom, a plush gray upholstered bed design is complemented by a gray bedroom rug and a cozy herringbone throw.
Deep green curtains frame a window next to the headboard. The double wide window remains unadorned to accommodate a comfortable L-shaped window seat. Sage green radiator covers blend with the wall finishes.
A modern circular chandelier distributes the lighting above the bed. A modern table lamp illuminates the desk by the window.
A fluted glass wall separates the bedroom from the en suite bathroom. A unique bathtub is hidden behind a textured glass panel.
Bold black and white tiles cover the floor and half of the wall, while bright yellow tiles brighten the top. The combination provides a high-contrast look with a unique personality.
The glass bathroom wall accepts natural light from the bedroom windows.
A racetrack-style bathroom mirror, round bowl sink, and cylindrical sink unit complement a column of curves.
The guest bathroom has a muted color palette that looks unusual due to the unusual contrast of apricot and sage tiles. A dark green tub draws attention to the vanity area.
White bathroom fixtures freshen up the shower area.
The wall-hung toilet and vertical radiator continue in white.

Our second premium apartment has an area of 76.8 square meters. It conveys a clean and simple aesthetic that promotes calm.
A small sectional sofa sets off a colorful space against a plain gray wall devoid of artwork and other decorations.
There is a matching color footstool across the room, next to a tall indoor plant pot filled with snake plants.
Below the TV is a walnut media shelf that draws a simple line.
Monochrome artwork draws visual interest in a minimalist living room. The raw concrete ceiling and exposed concrete support column add to the industrial vibe.
A natural wood kitchen fixture adds visual warmth to an industrial-style living room.
The clean white kitchen island is designed around a concrete support column. Black Kitchen Bar Stools seat six around the worktop.
A glass vase and matching glass fruit bowl make a table centerpiece.
The white home office features a perforated plum sofa.
The fitted units store office supplies and plenty of clothes.
In the first two bedrooms, the wood headboard design stands out neatly against the wall. A small pendant light goes down the front. See more mini pendant lights.
A wall sconce provides reading light across from the headboard. Recessed LED lights draw a line of ambient lighting above the bed.
White wardrobes complete the space.
The second bedroom is decorated in a design similar to the first. This time around, a brown upholstered headboard design creates a softer look. The same small black pendant forms one bedside light, while the other acquires a spherical table lamp.
The design of the bathroom provides for an interesting geometric composition of the tiles, which stands out with dark grout. Backlit round mirror to provide a floating effect in the foreground.
A black framed shower screen and black shelf boldly overlay the busy tilework. Chrome fixtures shine brightly in the mix.
