m5 bolts under $2 AUD
backing plate (optional) under $2 AUD
This is on a 700c bicycle but you could easily modify for any bike!
Hopefully this inspires people to build their own, or think of creative ways to solve their problems. I have to say try at your own risk and stay safe out there!
